Discover What Sets You on Fire
Ignite isn't about what burned you down — it's about what lights you up. This stage is wide-open curiosity, not pressure to find "your one true passion" on command. You're allowed to just be interested in things again.
Keep a running list, one line a day, of anything — however small — that gave you a flicker of energy, interest, or delight. Don't judge the list. Don't filter it for "practical." A good meal, a stranger's kindness, a song — all of it counts.
Try one new thing this week purely because it's interesting, not because it's useful: a class, a recipe, a new walking route, a real conversation with a stranger about their work.
Notice one moment of envy this week and get curious about it instead of critical. Envy is often pointing at a spark you haven't given yourself permission to chase.
Answer, in writing, the question you'd have answered at ten years old: "If you could do anything all day, what would it be?"
Creativity as a form of aliveness, not a career requirement.
Practical exercises for prototyping possible futures.
The classic practice — morning pages, artist dates — for reawakening a dormant spark.
What would you do if you knew it would help even one other woman?
Ignite isn't only about personal delight — somewhere in your spark list is the seed of what you'll eventually turn outward, toward someone else, in Elevate.
